The Women’s Leadership Council promotes women coming together, sharing their diverse skills to positively impact our community.

New Programs:
Personal Growth Plan/Self Assessment Tool - This tool will provide members with an opportunity to develop a personal and professional growth plan.
Book Swap/Business Book Club - Sign up to participate at the March meeting! Two books will be read and reviewed annually.
The Engagers - Are you an “engager?” Members are encouraged to invite other women to the quarterly meetings. Get recognized for inviting others and receive points for your engagement!
Member Spotlight - Help us identify a member to spotlight! Recognition and awareness are important aspects of WLC. Share names with Kathleen Bradley Kapsalis, public relations chair, and receive points.
Awards Program - A formal awards program will be developed and promoted later this year. Honorees will be recognized at the November meeting.
